Creative Weekly Specials highlight a well rounded menu of events at the Daniel Island Grille

Providing the locals on Daniel Island as well as folks from  East Cooper , Hanahan, Goose Creek, and North Charleston with a theme style  menu and fun events are our  goals.  Here is a list of the menu specials and  events at the DIG:
 
  Monday is “Diner Night”, serving items like smothered pork  chops, homemade meat loaf, fried chicken, collards, banana pudding  are just a few of the nightly specials.  We give our customers the “Blue Plate”  experience allowing them to choose a meat and three sides.  “They make the best macaroni and cheese “said  Abbey Mahoney.  “Just like moms”
 
  Next on the board is “Tuscany Tuesday” where Italian cuisine  brings our guests back to old town Italy.   Choose from a variety of fresh pastas (Very large portions) with your  choice of homemade sauces all for $10!   Owner Brian Mahoney use to own the Casa Befi, a famous Italian  restaurant on Long Island, NY and did all the cooking there, while partner Thomas  Dowling has many years serving Italian including several years helping to  develop Azio Atlanta.  Lots of Italian  Specials and even cannolis for dessert!
 
  Wednesday is kind of open for seasonal specials  but Trivia has grown into a fun filled night often  with over 15-20 teams participating.   Come on in and take home a prize.   Lots of great ice cold beer on tap!
 
  Thursday host Karaoke.   Come and sing classic favorites inside or just hang and relax on the  patio bar.  The nice thing about the DIG  is that they have two totally separate bars which allows them to provide  different venues going on at the same time. 
 
  Saturday night has really become an exciting and fun filled  day!  Not only do we serve Saturday and  Sunday brunch but we have Margarita Madness where our guests can purchase 60 oz  frozen “Fish bowl” drink and  keep the  glass!  For the lighter hearted enjoy $3  margaritas & dollar tacos.  The $5  Super Burrito has become a crowd pleaser too!   Don’t leave yet, DIG Disco kicks off at around 10pm and the scene has  been described as “Epic.”  Lasers,  strobes, DJ, fog machine all working like a well oil machine and setting the  stage for a big time party.
 
  Sunday Brunch is the finish line for an incredible  week!  Endless Mamoosa and our “World  Famous” Bloody Mary Bar will help cure all ills and are perfect answer for the  family after church.
